1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on kopk, accessing any game or betting market, making a deposit, or otherwise interacting with any feature of kopk.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with kopk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These terms apply to all users of the kopk platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the site without an account, and any person acting on behalf of a registered player. kopk reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

2 Eligibility

kopk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 7 days of a request may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending further review.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the kopk platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or any other variation of personal details, constitutes a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. kopk cannot be held responsible for delays or errors in processing payments or communications resulting from outdated account information.

Account security is your responsibility. You must keep your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly confidential. You must notify kopk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. kopk will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on kopk are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kopk supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and kopk does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular method.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your kopk account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt of funds. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of your account. kopk does not charge a deposit processing fee, however your payment provider may apply its own fees which are outside kopk's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe specified in the Cashier section, typically under 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad requests following KYC verification. Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. kopk reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be approved once KYC verification has been completed satisfactorily.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method will, where technically possible, be returned to the same method.
• kopk reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per calendar month, which will be communicated within the Cashier section.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on kopk are subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as any specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. In the event of a conflict between general terms and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail.

kopk reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout, or available markets on any event or game at its sole discretion, without notice. Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of placing a wager.

• All bets are final once confirmed. kopk does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a technical failure, system error, or manifest pricing error, kopk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• Live in-play bets on cricket matches (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) are subject to real-time odds that may change between bet placement and confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that will apply.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

kopk offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games or markets, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General rules applicable to all kopk bonuses and promotions include:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kopk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, voiding of all open and settled bets, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using kopk to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or using the platform in a manner designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Match fixing and sports corruption: Betting on any event whose outcome you have influenced, or using inside information not publicly available to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with kopk's platform without human intervention.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit games, share cards or information in live dealer games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over kopk or other players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a transaction that was legitimately processed on kopk. Any player who initiates an unjustified chargeback will have their account immediately suspended and the amount disputed may be pursued through legal channels.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the kopk platform by any person under the age of 21.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the kopk platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game assets, text, graphics, user interface design, data feeds, and odds formatting, is the exclusive property of kopk or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kopk platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, frame, scrape, or otherwise exploit any part of the kopk platform or its content without the prior written consent of kopk.

Nothing in these terms limits kopk's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Termination

kopk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where kopk reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms and Conditions or where account closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.

You may close your kopk account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any available balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination. Sections of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, prohibited conduct, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after account closure.
